All users of this site agree that access to and use this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. Order with Free Shipping
If your order of qualifying parts identified with a message stating "Qualifies for Free Shipping..." you may qualify for Free Shipping.
- With Free Shipping, your order will be delivered by Standard Ground only (Expedited Shipping does not qualify)
- Free Shipping is available to US. addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states
- Parts without the "Qualifies for Free Shipping..." message do not qualify for Free Shipping.
The following parts are excluded from Free Shipping unless otherwise stated:
- All tires, full suspension lift kits, oversized bumpers, tire carriers, body tubs, hard tops, cargo racks and drivetrain parts
- Oversized items and items delivered by truck freight
- Prior purchases and returns
Shipping & Returns
DVBE SUPPLY cannot ensure that all product variations for every item are available in stock at all times. However, all efforts will be made to expedite orders for out of stock items or items placed on backorder by the manufacturer, as applicable. All total transit estimates for shipping, including expedited shipping, are determined from the date that orders ship, and not from the date when orders are placed. All international orders should be initiated via the Quote Request link; our Sales Team will email a quote within 24 hours, which will contain actual shipping costs. Certain items may not be available for shipment out of the United States due to applicable Federal and State laws, regulations and statutes. Some items are may be marked as “LE and Military Only” or may have other sales restrictions and all sales for those items require proper identification as appropriate. All sales are final and binding.
Contact Customer Service for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise for any reason. DVBE SUPPLY is not responsible for any merchandise returned without an RMA number. Returned merchandise will be inspected and may be subject to a restocking fee. Absolutely no returns on rope, web, web products, videos or sale items, unless the item was received in a damaged condition and an RMA number is requested within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
1. RETURNS & RESTOCK FEES
RETURN OF “ON SALE”, “CLEARANCE”, OR ANY OTHER PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT ITEMS
Items sold as “On Sale” or “Clearance” or “Special Promotional Discount” can be exchanged but not returned. All items sold, regardless of price, have passed our Quality Control inspections, and are deemed to be in saleable condition.
2. RETURNS FOR REFUND
Any item returned for a refund will be accepted for full refund, LESS a 25% RESTOCKING FEE, provided that the item is returned to us within 14 days of the date when we shipped it to the customer. Returned to us means IN OUR POSSESSION on or before the 14th day after our shipping date. The cost of shipping the item to us must be paid by the customer - items returned COD will be rejected, and no refund will be made. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and all the tags and labeling must be intact and attached to the item with their original attachments. Returned items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded, nor will they be returned to the customer unless the customer pays for shipping and also pays a $15 handling fee.
An item that is returned for refund will be credited to the card used for the purchase within seven business days. All refunds will be applied to the credit/debit card used for the original transaction - in no circumstances will a refund be credited to a different credit/debit card, nor will a refund ever be issued as a check or money order. The refund will be limited to the cost of the item, less re-stocking fees when applicable. The original cost of shipping the item to the customer will not be refunded.
3. RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE
We will accept an item returned for exchange provided that the item is returned to us within 14 days of the date at which we shipped it to the customer. Returned to us means IN OUR POSSESSION on or before the 14th day after our shipping date. The cost of shipping the item to us must be paid by the customer - items returned COD will be rejected, and no exchange will be made. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and all the tags and labeling must be intact and attached to the item with their original attachments. Returned items that do not meet these criteria will not be exchanged, nor will they be returned to the customer unless the customer pays for shipping. When an item returned for exchange has been determined to qualify for exchange the exchange will be made and the replacement product shipped within seven business days.
Returned items may be exchanged for any item currently in stock, in any size currently available. However, if the requested item is priced lower than the returned item, the customer will not receive a credit for the difference. If the requested item is more expensive that the returned item, then the difference will be charged to the same credit card that was used for the original transaction.
The exchanged item will be shipped to the same shipping address as the original item, using the same shipping method as the original item, and the cost of shipping will be charged to the credit card that was used for the original transaction.
When an item is returned because of a manufacturing defect that has been determined to qualify as defective (if it is in our possession by the 14th day after our shipping date, and our Quality Control team has confirmed that the defect in the item is in fact a manufacturing defect and not damage caused by wear or accident in use), the item will be replaced or exchanged or a refund will be issued in accordance with the customer's choice.
The returned item may be replaced with the same style in the same size at no charge regardless of the current selling price of the item (provided it is still available). Alternatively, it may be exchanged for any item currently in stock, in any size currently available. However, if the requested item is priced lower than the returned item, the customer will not receive a credit for the difference. If the requested item is more expensive that the returned item, then the difference will be charged to the same credit card that was used for the original transaction. If replaced or exchanged, the item will be shipped to the same shipping address as the original item, using the same shipping method as the original item, free of charge.

4. DVBE SUPPLY WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURN OF OR ISSUE CREDIT FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
- Defense/Pepper Spray
- Items that are labeled ‘Discontinued’ regardless of disposition by the manufacturer
- Undergarments (including but not limited to: underwear, socks, t-shirts, base layers)
- Personal Communications Products (Including EarHugger [VIDMIC] and Code Red Headsets Products)
- All PDU Apparel (Professional Dress Uniform)
- Smith & Wesson Component Kits and Parts
- Product with retail price marking of any type
- Opened packages or packages showing evidence of tampering
- Product not in original packaging, including case pack goods
- Forensic testing supplies, equipment or drug and or alcohol testing kits
- First aid or trauma treatment products
- Worn or shopworn products
- Any special order products (including but not limited to): specific apparel fits, vehicular modification or customization products, special sidearm holsters or carriers, any apparel with custom embellishment, any hard goods requiring special embellishment, any product purchased for fulfillment of agency purchase order.
5. Overweight or Freight Items
Some Items may require a handling charge. The price of shipping is calculated at checkout but it may not be accurate and a customer service representative will contact you to inform you of such a problem. Sometimes a shipping charge will be more because it is oversize or it may be less due to being able to package together as a single unit. Also overseas or out of country orders may have increased charges. You order will be put on hold until the changes in shipping cost can be approved or disapproved.
Typical delivery time for commercial grade flagpoles is 3 to 6 weeks. These large flagpoles are too long to ship by UPS. They ship by truck from a number of warehouses across the US. Shipping costs vary according to the flagpole size, which warehouse it is available to ship from, and your location. Shipping costs are typically not less than $100. Shipping costs can exceed $500 for larger poles and orders for multiple poles. Residential deliveries are more expensive than commercial locations. Our shopping cart is not able to calculate these costs correctly, due to the large number of factors that determine the cost. You can call in toll free 800-593-4124 and we will obtain a shipping quote for you prior to placing an order. Alternatively, place your order online and we will contact you by email with a shipping cost, normally by the end of the next business day. At this point you may cancel the order without penalty. Some of the larger flagpoles are made to order so there may be a cancellation charge once you accept the shipping costs and the order is in progress.
Anodized poles take 4-8 weeks to ship because they are made to order. While all of our aluminum flagpoles require little maintenance to retain their natural shine, our anodized flagpoles offer an even simpler solution. Our satin brushed finished flagpoles will generally keep clean with the rainfall in most areas, however; because the exterior of the flagpole is aluminum, it will continue to oxidize throughout its lifetime. Special cleaning agents may be required to remove the discoloration caused by this process of oxidation. Our anodized flagpoles do not encounter this problem. The process of anodization actually creates a barrier on the external surface of the aluminum flagpole, thus eliminating the oxidation process. Because the aluminum is not exposed to the elements, it cannot oxidize. The anodized finishes allow you to clean your flagpole with simple soap and water. For this reason, we recommend the purchase of an anodized finish on all of our flagpoles.
Typographical & System Errors
In the event that a DVBE SUPPLY product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, DVBE SUPPLY reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. DVBE SUPPLY reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, DVBE SUPPLY shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by DVBE SUPPLY without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
DVBE SUPPLY may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to DVBE SUPPLY.
